Friday, October 13, Tom Brown visited McPherson High School. He was a guest speaker and came to talk about the upcoming election. Tom Brown is our former mayor and is running for another term; one term is four years. In his presentation, he explained what he has done for McPherson, including all of the new street repairs, and what he plans on doing. His goals for another four years would be to continue repairing McPherson’s roads and building more residency.

Monday, October 16, Harold Selzer also came to McPherson High School as a guest speaker. Harold Selzer is running for mayor for the first time. He is a local business owner who wanted to see how he could help our town. He wants to make plans to keep McPherson maintained.

Election Day is November 7. The registration deadline to vote has already passed, so if you did register, take advantage of the right given to you.
