Christmas Carol
McPherson High School play “A Christmas Carol” opened on December 13, 2019 and closes on December 14, 2019 at the Historical McPherson Opera House. The play is being produced in living black and white.
They opened last Friday, December 6th with a matinee performance of “A Christmas Carol” for local middle school students and guest Jr. High students all the way from Holcomb, Kansas.
This is the first show in a long time that has been taken to the Opera House. “It’s a nice experience being able to do a show on a different stage then just the high school,because we are able to reach an audience that might not have seen the show before if it were just at the highschool,” said Macyn Ward who plays a nun, Dick Wilkins, and Peter Cratchit.
The ticket prices are $11.00 for adults. $9.00 for students. $7.00 for seniors.
