The 2022 Football season has been underway for 2 months now and has been off to a good start.  Here’s what you need to know. Last week’s game against Buhler was a fairly easy win for the Bullpups taking the win 49-6. The Bullpups have had 6 wins and 1 loss.  Their 1 loss was to Junction City on September 16th. The team leaders from this year are Tucker Pelnar with the most receiving yards per game and the most interception, Jaytin Gumm with the most rushing yards per game and the most touchdowns, Teegan Haines with the most tackles per game and Collin Winter with the most sacks. This Friday the Bullpups played the Mulvane Wildcats and took the win 34-13, and they will face the Ark City Bulldogs, go pups.

According to coach Matt Sandbo we were pretty likely to win but after the game he then said, “If we play like how we did this week we will lose.” All the coaches are Jace Pavlovich, Chet Harlin, John Montgomery, Matt Sandbo, Dave Goerzen, Patrick Corcoran, Nick Gawanda, Mike Davidson, Kaden Tichener and Randall Millison. The starting defensive lineup is Eli Clarke, Collin Winter, Sam Becker, Drew Waner, Teegan Haines, Gavin Richardson, Cade Wedel, Treyton Pelnar, Jaret Myers, Luke Schroeder, and Jace Schriner. The offensive starting lineup is Hunter Alvord, Dawson Gottwald, Jaytin Gumm, Sam Becker, Gunner Schumacher, Tucker Pelnar, Blaize Hoover, Conner Mcvicker, Kaden Burris, Joseph Nutt, Alex Wheat, and Mason Clark.
