With Donald Trump as president people are bound to have their opinions on how he is running things thus far. April 29, 2017 was the official 100th day of Trump being in office. A lot has happened in 100 days, some good and some bad. Trump has made quite a few contradicting decisions, which has lead people to either like him a lot and agree with majority of his choices, to hate him or there are some who don’t even pay attention to politics.

Stephanie Anderson, junior, said “Trump has not been smart about the way he does things, he’s loud, he does everything just to be heard or to make a point.”

Savannah Brooks sophomore said “I don’t really pay a whole lot of attention to the news or political things. But from what I have heard from my friends and other people say, he hasn’t been making the best decisions.”

Cali Dykes, freshman, said “I like Trump, even though he isn’t the best politician, he is someone that will be heard and his laws and things will be passed easier.”

While younger students may not be quite as familiar with politics as older students, they still have their opinions.

Jaron Oakes, sophomore, said “I personally love Trump because he has a very strong and well known presence. He knows what he wants and how to get it. He knows how to reach his goals.”

Sierra Behrens, junior, said “All in all I think it has been going well so far. A lot of people don’t like Trump, but I think he has been doing a decent job.”
