Easy Summer Peach Cobbler Recipe

 

This is a fun recipe to help get into the summer spirit and who doesn’t love peach cobbler? It is a perfect way to relax in the comfort of your own home, or eat by the poolside.

 

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup of flour
  • ¾ of milk
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • Six fresh peaches
  • Small squirt of lemon juice (optional)
  • Ice cream (optional)

 

Directions:

  1. Cut and slice your peaches into the size that you want
  2. Grease the pan that you want to use with butter
  3. Mix all of your ingredients together except for your peaches
  4. Pour you mixture into your greased pan and put the peaches on top of it
  5. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for about 25-30 minutes
  6. Let it cool for about 10 minutes once you take it out
  7. Add some ice cream (optional) and Enjoy!

 

Sorbet Recipe:

 

This is a fun recipe that is a twist on the classic ice cream. All you need is some frozen fruit and a strong blender.

 

  • Frozen fruit of your choice. (Examples include: strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, etc.)
  • Some sort of cream or a milk
  • A strong blender or a food processor

 

Directions:

  1. Freeze your fruit about 6 hours before you want to enjoy it
  2. Take it out of the freezer and put into a food processor/blender
  3. Add a little bit of milk or cream
  4. Blend it
  5. Take it out and enjoy!
