Tree Gelbman (Jessica Rothe) wasn’t always the nicest person and it definitely backfired. Every day is another party, another guy, and another enemy.

When she wakes up at Carter Davis’s (Israel Broussard) dorm after a late collage party, he gives her, her things and she leaves.  The date is Monday September 18, aka her birthday and she has a surprise party that night.  On her way to numerous places trying to get away and go to her party, she comes face to face with a killer at her school that is out to get her.  Each time she gets killed she wakes up once again on the morning of the same day.

As she learns how to become a better person she also finds love with Carter and gets a step closer to find out who her killer is. She needs to find a way to move on to the next day and defeat her killer before they murder her again.  Teaming up with Carter, will she find a way to stop the killing or will she have to keep dying until she has no more lives left?
