Fifty Shades Darker

Matie Anderson

Fifty Shades Darker is about love, mystery and suspense. It comes with more of a plot and more emotions. This movie gave me butterflies in my stomach, tears dripping down my face from laughter and sadness and smiles to my face, and I think it would do the same for you. The first one did not come with all the emotions and feelings as much as the second. In Fifty Shades Darker, Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) showed more love towards Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson).
Christian Grey had went through many rough things with losing his mother and getting burned multiple times when his father got furious. When Anastasia Steele stumbled into his office one day, he couldn’t withstand feeling attracted to her. In the beginning he just thought that she was just another one of his women. The farther along they move together, he starts to develop more true feelings. As the first movie Fifty Shades of Grey ends leaving you in tears. The second one Fifty Shades Darker starts off with a heartwarming surprise from Christian Grey.

Christian is willing to give up many things that Ana is convinced he needs. He makes sacrifices for her and shows his true love towards her. With everything Christian had went through in his past, his biggest difficulty was letting people touch him. So he tries to put his past behind him and shows her a more emotional side of him he’s never let anyone else see, and asks her to marry him. Ana thinks he is just dreaming and later on he tells her he was serious. She gave him no response until later on when she tells him the answer is right in his pocket.
