Small acts, Big impact

Something+as+nice+as+holding+the+door+can+help+someone.
Something as nice as holding the door can help someone.

We believe that acts of kindness have a satisfactory way of making the world a better place. There are many different acts of kindness that can create happiness, boost confidence, be encouraging, and help people feel more connected.

We’ve all heard that the happier and more optimistic you are, the longer you live and there are studies shown behind that.

There was a study in 2019 that showed men and women who have higher levels of optimism had an average of 11% to 15% longer lifespan than the people who only have limited positive thinking.

Taking the time and going out of your way to say at least one positive thing to someone could make their whole day and it didn’t cost you a thing.

Doing something good does not take much time; having a kinder community can improve mental health and wellbeing.

There are many different things that you can do that will make someone’s day like something as simple as holding the door open, saying you like their outfit, volunteering, or just simply asking how their day was going.

Sometimes all someone might need is to be listened to. It doesn’t take much for one to be there for friends and family, simply offering support and a little bit of advice can go a long way.

You never know what someone is going through so be kind to whoever you come across. It’s important to think twice before saying something that could ruin someone’s day.
