On November 12, Megan Fox revealed her fourth pregnancy. The actress starring in ‘Jennifer’s Body’, ‘Transformers’, and ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ announced the news via an Instagram post featuring her positive pregnancy test.

Fox’s fiance of almost three years, Machine Gun Kelly or MGK, is the father of Fox’s child who is about five months into the pregnancy at this point. The singer of ‘Wild Boy’ is expecting his first child with Fox.

Fox was the mother of three boys prior to this pregnancy, and Kelly was the father of one daughter.

In her Instagram post, Fox added the notable caption, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back,” referring to her previous lost child. Ten weeks into her first pregnancy with Kelly, Fox suffered a miscarriage that she first spoke about in her poetry book, ‘Pretty Boys Are Poisonous’ last year. 

In 2022 at the Billboard Music Awards, Kelly performed his song ‘Twin Flame’ to honor the unborn child.

In an ABC Good Morning America conversation, Fox spoke more about her feelings while working through her miscarriage. “I’ve never been through anything like that before in my life. It was very difficult for both of us.” She continued, “It sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, trying to navigate what does this mean and why did this happen?”

Fox and Kelly’s relationship has been the center of speculation and interest since its beginning in 2020, and both have noted that the relationship has had many ups and downs. We can hope to see more news and eventually meet the baby, whose name hasn’t been revealed yet, after the birth. Though keeping the relationship under wraps is an effort Fox has made clear she will take.

Fox has made her intentions regarding her privacy clear, stating on ‘Call Her Daddy’, “I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption.”
