Travis Kelce, a famous football player and athlete, came into the 2024 season with high expectations. Fans expected him to excel after last year’s season. The Kansas City Chiefs expected to show Taylor Swift again this year, just like they had the previous year. When the 2024 season came around they didn’t give Swift the screen time this year, due to many fans holding complaints over how much she was on the screen the previous year.

Swift fans across the country have started to speculate new suspicions that Swift is pregnant with Kelce’s child after a picture started to circulate across the internet of Kelce and Swift posing for a picture.

Sophomore ChesLea Allison said, “The pose she’s doing is a typical pregnancy pose. It’s common for people who want to announce their pregnancy discreetly to do… But she could also just be playing with her fans. She seems like the kind of person to do that.”

But this doesn’t mean that the Swift and Kelce relationship isn’t still popular many fans across the internet started to speculate that the world-famous pop star was pregnant after a photo went around of Kelce holding his hand over Swift’s stomach.

AthlonSports interviewed one fan who said,  “Ok why but why is this giving pregnancy announcement vibes? Help. No, I’m not saying that she is! And it’s none of our business anyway.”

While it still hasn’t been confirmed by either Kelce or Swift, fans across TikTok and many other platforms continue to try to dig up evidence on whether or not these rumors are true. Swifties worldwide have been analyzing and posting about this scandal, sharing their thoughts.

One fan on TikTok mentioned, “Rihanna and other female singers have hidden their pregnancy before, so why not Taylor?”

Some people thought just subjecting the photo to be a chosen hand placement by Kelce didn’t mean anything. Swift’s fan base has been known for digging into things due to how Swift releases her music, many non-Swift fans just think that most are overreacting and digging too deep into what the photo was.

Freshman Sophia Rush said, “We shouldn’t make assumptions about one photo; we don’t have any evidence on it as of now.”

There is still no evidence confirming whether or not Swift is pregnant with Kelce’s baby, and neither side has said anything about the fans’ speculation so far. She was holding a drink which is an unlikely action from someone who could be pregnant.
