Mental Health

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It can hit people out of nowhere. Mental health can also affect your everyday life. Mental health affects how we feel, think, and even act. It’s essential to do what you can to keep it under control, even if that means therapy, medication, etc. Poor mental health influences people’s relationships with their spouses, relatives, friends, children, and even co-workers. More often enough, poor mental health can lead to social isolation. So, if you see or notice someone struggling, check in on them; because one thing that I can promise you is that it will mean the world to them that you cared enough to ask.
