A New Year with Several Changes
With the excitement of the All School’s Day activities, the news is that they have moved the date earlier to bring more attendance to not only to the graduation ceremony but also the All School’s Day activities. There are many mixed feelings between this year’s graduation class and the current juniors who will be celebrating early.
“For anyone who has been a part of All School’s Day weekend knows how much goes on and how crazy it actually can be. On top of that there are even sports activities that weekend. Now next year we have to worry about planning for a graduation party, sports, the parade, and then the ceremony,” said junior Sydney Mossman.
Although many juniors are fighting the idea, this year’s seniors are jealous with the earlier graduation date.
“I wish we graduated a week earlier! I see how it can be a hassle with it being such a busy weekend but who actually wants to go back to school after All School’s Day weekend. Our brains are already shut down by that point it would be nice just to get it done and out of the way for State competitions,” said senior Abby Jantz.
