As this school year ends, students and teachers are taking finals. Some ways to decrease the stress you have over finals is to take a breather. You’re going to do fine as long as you focus. Relax and study. Make sure you’re prepared for the test. Don’t over-complicate the test. You know these answers. You’ve been learning all year and preparing for this test. You’re ready to do great. Remember to take care of yourself and treat yourself properly. Get a good amount of sleep before the test so your mind is refreshed for the test and you’ll have a better time remembering what you have learned. Just overall take care of yourself.
