Halloween is only a few weeks away. That means it’s almost time for watching scary movies and going trick or treating. That means getting lots of candy. According to Thrillist.com, here are the top ten most popular candies in America. After that I will give mine, and another student’s opinion on the list.

• Number 10:  Hershey’s Chocolate Bars
• Number 9: Reese’s Pieces 
• Number 8: Nestle Crunch
• Number 7: Mr. Goodbar 
• Number 6: 100 Grand
• Number 5: Butterfinger
• Number 4: KitKat
• Number 3: Snickers
• Number 2: Twix 
• Number 1: Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup

Personally, I would have removed the ones with nuts because I don’t like nuts. I also would have added Smarties, and Tootsie Rolls.  Jaiden Ribordy, an MHS student, said, “She agrees with the list though she’s allergic to chocolate.”
