Smoking is a big problem in most countries with over 72 countries out of a list of 100 having legal smoking, and although it is said to help relieve stress, it has horrifying effects on the body. Smoking is dangerous not just to the person who smokes but to everyone around them. So if you decide to smoke know that it’s not just you dealing with the consequences it’s everyone you’re around.

When you smoke the toxins from the tobacco smoke enters your blood and makes your blood cells swell up which will eventually form clots. Smoking also damages your heart, and your blood circulation increasing the risk for conditions such as coronary heart disease, heart attack, stroke, peripheral vascular disease. There are also various other areas where smoking affects you. Smoking can lead to many diseases, and smoking is one of the highest reasons people get cancer today. Smoking is a big culprit for giving people lung cancer. Which to date has been the deadliest form of cancer according to the Unity Health Point website. Smoking can cause tumors to grow in every part of the body. Cancer cell can grow in your body from your brain to your heart to your skin.

Smoking is one of the leading causes of cancer in the world. It can cause genetic disorders in children if their mother smokes while she was pregnant. It can lead to many heart diseases. It breaks down your body slowly over time as you inhale those 4,000 chemicals into your system. It will cause you to cough and choke as you try and breathe with your scarred lungs until eventually die from all those chemicals and toxins.
